FMI Corporation: The Nature Place has been hosting, providing the learning environment and contributing toward the experiential leadership development activities for FMI’s “Leadership Institute” mulitiple times a year since 1995. FMI is the nation’s largest provider of consulting services to the worldwide construction industry. This Institute is a tightly structured four-day program in which industry professionals examine themselves and their organizations through a variety of hands-on experiences. Over 6,000 construction industry leaders have attended this powerful program and walked away with a customized plan for enhancing their personal leadership effectiveness. RIHEL, The Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership: has been holding it’s “Advanced Leadership Training Program” at The Nature Place since 1998. The program develops advanced knowledge and skills to lead intentionally in an increasingly complex and diverse context. The Center for Disease Control founded this regional leadership institute for Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico and has over 950 graduates.
