DISCOVER WHAT MAKES YOUR TEAM WORK
Understanding Individuals. Strengthening Teams.
The ability to work well together depends on an understanding of the differences in learning styles and personality types. We are familiar with various assessment profiles. Using both classroom time and activities we create space for practical application and understanding each other better.
Insights
Focusing on four color energies (Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue), this assessment provides a foundation for understanding an individual’s strengths, weaknesses, and style. When applied to a team, this profile can help understand overall group dynamics, interactions, and give language and tools for enhancing team effectiveness.
DISC
Similar to Insights, DISC focuses on four domains (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) to profile individual skills and style and how they interact in a team setting. With easy to remember language, this assessment can be applied to any team to deepen connection and understanding.
CliftonStrengths
Across 4 domains (Strategic Thinking, Executing, Influencing, and Relationship Building) and 34 talent themes, Gallup’s CliftonStrengths offers several levels of detail on an individual’s strengths. With a highlight on someone’s top 5 traits, profiles give real insight into talents and consistent traits across time.
Leadership Practices Inventory
Developed by Kouzes and Posner, the Leadership Practices Inventory focuses on the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership to understand an individual’s leadership style. It provides insight into how individuals see themselves versus how others see themselves.
Myers Briggs
A common self-report personality profile, Myer Briggs has 16 personality types. The assessments are broad and provide details to the specific personality type, not necessarily unique to the individual.
